서비스 이용약관Terms of Service

1. 약관의 적용Scope

본 약관은 took! 모바일웹, iOS/Android 앱, 관련 웹사이트, 지갑 생성·조회·송금·메시징·복구 기능, 그리고 took WaaS/Studio 기능에 적용됩니다.These Terms apply to the took! mobile web service, iOS/Android apps, related websites, wallet creation, balance, transfer, messaging, recovery features, and took WaaS/Studio features.

2. 계정과 인증Accounts and Authentication

• 사용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.Users must provide accurate information and keep account access secure.
• 이메일, 소셜 로그인, 기기 인증, 비밀번호, Share C 등 인증 수단의 관리 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.Users are responsible for managing authentication methods such as email, social login, device authentication, passwords, and Share C.
• 무단 사용이 의심되는 경우 즉시 사용을 중단하고 문의해야 합니다.If unauthorized use is suspected, users should stop using the Service and contact us immediately.

3. 비수탁 지갑Non-Custodial Wallet

took!은 사용자의 자산을 수탁하지 않으며, 사용자의 승인 없이 임의로 자산을 이전하지 않습니다. 사용자가 서명한 거래는 블록체인 네트워크에 전파될 수 있고, 네트워크 특성상 취소 또는 복구가 불가능할 수 있습니다.took! does not custody user assets and does not transfer assets without user authorization. Transactions signed by users may be broadcast to blockchain networks and may be irreversible.

4. 복구 기능과 책임Recovery Features and Responsibility

SAR/SSS 등 복구 기능은 키 분실 위험을 줄이기 위한 보조 수단입니다. 사용자는 복구 비밀번호, 인증 수단, 기기 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 복구 조건을 충족하지 못하면 지갑 접근이 제한될 수 있습니다.SAR/SSS recovery features are designed to reduce key-loss risk. Users must securely manage recovery passwords, authentication methods, and device access. If recovery requirements cannot be satisfied, wallet access may be limited.

5. 송금, 스왑, 제3자 서비스Transfers, Swap, and Third-Party Services

• 송금 주소, 체인, 금액, 수수료, 토큰 선택은 사용자가 확인해야 합니다.Users must verify recipient addresses, chains, amounts, fees, and token selections.
• 스왑, 거래소 연결, 디앱 연결, RPC, 브릿지, 온램프/오프램프 등은 제3자 서비스 조건과 위험이 적용될 수 있습니다.Swap, exchange connections, dApp connections, RPCs, bridges, on/off-ramp services, and similar features may be subject to third-party terms and risks.
• took!은 외부 서비스의 가격, 체결, 유동성, 장애, 보안 사고를 보장하지 않습니다.took! does not guarantee third-party pricing, execution, liquidity, availability, or security.

6. 투자 및 정보 제공Investment and Information

took!에서 제공되는 자산 가격, RWA, 스테이킹, 수익률, 시장 정보는 참고용일 수 있으며 투자 권유가 아닙니다. 사용자는 자신의 판단과 책임으로 의사결정을 해야 합니다.Asset prices, RWA, staking, yield, and market information shown in took! may be informational only and are not investment recommendations. Users make decisions at their own responsibility.

7. 메시징Messaging

took! 메시징은 지갑 기반 커뮤니케이션과 송금 경험을 지원합니다. 사용자는 불법, 사기, 스팸, 권리 침해, 악성 코드 배포, 괴롭힘 목적의 메시지를 보내서는 안 됩니다.took! messaging supports wallet-based communication and transfer experiences. Users must not send messages for unlawful, fraudulent, spam, infringing, malicious, or abusive purposes.

8. 금지 행위Prohibited Conduct

• 불법 자금세탁, 테러자금 조달, 제재 회피, 사기, 피싱, 해킹, 악성 행위.money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, phishing, hacking, or malicious activity.
• 서비스의 보안, 운영, 네트워크, API, 사용자 경험을 방해하는 행위.interfering with the security, operations, network, APIs, or user experience of the Service.
• 타인의 계정, 기기, 지갑, 개인정보를 무단으로 사용하는 행위.unauthorized use of another person's account, device, wallet, or personal information.

9. WaaS 및 StudioWaaS and Studio

WaaS Studio는 기관용 화이트라벨 지갑 구성을 미리 보고 저장하기 위한 샌드박스입니다. 상용 연동, SLA, 보안 심사, 데이터 처리, 지적재산권, 운영 책임은 별도 계약에서 정할 수 있습니다.WaaS Studio is a sandbox for previewing and saving white-label wallet configurations. Production integration, SLA, security review, data processing, intellectual property, and operational responsibilities may be governed by separate agreements.

10. 서비스 변경과 중단Changes and Availability

회사는 보안, 기술, 법령, 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부를 변경, 제한, 중단할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 중요한 변경은 사전에 안내합니다.We may modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service for security, technical, legal, or operational reasons. Where practical, material changes will be announced in advance.

11. 면책 및 책임 제한Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 블록체인 네트워크 장애, 사용자 과실, 외부 서비스 장애, 시장 변동, 기기 분실, 인증 정보 유출, 사용자가 승인한 거래로 인한 손실에 대해 책임을 제한합니다.To the extent permitted by law, the Company limits liability for losses caused by blockchain network failures, user error, third-party service failures, market volatility, lost devices, compromised authentication information, or user-authorized transactions.

12. 약관 변경Changes to Terms

본 약관은 서비스 또는 법령 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게시되며, 계속 이용하는 경우 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다.These Terms may be updated as the Service or applicable laws change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
