본 방침은 took! 모바일웹, iOS/Android 앱, 관련 지갑 기능, 블로그/랜딩 페이지, WaaS Studio 및 관련 지원 서비스에 적용됩니다.This Policy applies to the took! mobile web service, iOS/Android apps, wallet features, blog and landing pages, WaaS Studio, and related support services.

2. 처리하는 정보Information We Process

• 계정 및 인증 정보Account and authentication information: 이메일, 소셜 로그인 식별자, 인증 세션, 기기 식별 정보 등 로그인과 계정 보호에 필요한 정보.email address, social login identifiers, authentication sessions, and device/session information needed for sign-in and account protection.
• 지갑 관련 정보Wallet-related information: 공개 지갑 주소, 체인, 지갑 슬롯, 자산 표시를 위한 공개 온체인 정보와 송금 요청 메타데이터.public wallet addresses, chains, wallet slots, public on-chain information for balance display, and transfer request metadata.
• 복구 및 보안 정보Recovery and security information: SAR/SSS 복구를 위한 암호화된 share 또는 복구 관련 상태값. took!은 단일 서버나 운영자만으로 고객 키를 완성할 수 없도록 설계합니다.encrypted shares or recovery status values for SAR/SSS recovery. took! is designed so no single server or operator can reconstruct a customer's key alone.
• 메시징 정보Messaging information: 대화방, 발신/수신 주소, 암호화된 메시지 본문, 첨부파일 메타데이터, 알림 전달을 위한 제한적 정보.chat room metadata, sender/recipient addresses, encrypted message content, attachment metadata, and limited information needed for notifications.
• 기술 및 운영 정보Technical and operational information: 앱 버전, 플랫폼, 오류 로그, 푸시 토큰, 보안 이벤트, 서비스 품질 개선에 필요한 사용 이벤트.app version, platform, error logs, push tokens, security events, and usage events needed to improve service quality.

3. 이용 목적How We Use Information

• 비수탁 지갑 생성, 로그인, 자산 조회, 송금/받기, 스왑 또는 연결 기능 제공.to provide non-custodial wallet creation, sign-in, balances, send/receive, swap, and connection features.
• SAR 복구, 기기 변경, 계정 보호, 부정 사용 방지 및 보안 이벤트 대응.to support SAR recovery, device changes, account protection, fraud prevention, and security response.
• 메시징, 푸시 알림, 고객지원, 장애 분석 및 서비스 운영.to operate messaging, push notifications, support, incident analysis, and service operations.
• 법령상 의무, 정당한 요청, 분쟁 대응, 약관 집행.to comply with law, lawful requests, dispute handling, and enforcement of our Terms.

4. 비수탁 지갑과 블록체인 정보Non-Custodial Wallets and Blockchain Data

took!은 사용자의 자산을 수탁하거나 임의로 이전할 권한을 갖지 않습니다. 다만 퍼블릭 블록체인 주소와 거래 내역은 네트워크 특성상 외부에서 조회될 수 있습니다. 사용자가 거래를 서명하거나 전송하면 해당 거래 정보는 되돌릴 수 없거나 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다.took! does not custody user assets or have unilateral authority to transfer them. However, public blockchain addresses and transaction histories may be externally visible by network design. Once a user signs or submits a transaction, it may be irreversible or difficult to delete.

5. 제3자 서비스Third-Party Services

서비스 제공을 위해 인증, 지갑 인프라, 클라우드, 데이터베이스, 푸시 알림, 분석, 디앱 연결, 온체인 RPC, KYT/컴플라이언스 도구 등 제3자 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이러한 서비스는 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리하며, 각 제공자의 정책이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.We may use third-party services for authentication, wallet infrastructure, cloud hosting, databases, push notifications, analytics, dApp connections, on-chain RPC, KYT/compliance tools, and related operations. These providers process information only as needed, and their own policies may also apply.

6. 보관 및 삭제Retention and Deletion

정보는 서비스 제공, 보안 유지, 법적 의무 이행, 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 사용자는 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능 또는 문의를 통해 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 단, 퍼블릭 블록체인 기록, 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보, 보안 로그 등은 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다.Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or handle disputes. Users may request deletion through in-app account deletion or by contacting us. Public blockchain records, legally required records, and certain security logs may not be deletable.

7. 보안Security

took!은 암호화, 접근 통제, 분리 저장, 감사 로그, 비정상 행위 탐지 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 그러나 인터넷, 모바일 기기, 블록체인 네트워크의 특성상 모든 위험을 완전히 제거할 수는 없습니다.took! uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption, access controls, separated storage, audit logs, and anomaly detection. No internet, mobile, or blockchain system can eliminate all risks completely.

8. 이용자 권리Your Rights
